Being a Co-Pilot in the Cockpit

As a serial CEO, I experienced the struggle many times of finding and developing the HR Leaders I really wanted to have, who could truly be a co-pilot in the cockpit of the business.  In addition to their deep HR specialty, I needed broad business acumen to help chart the flight plan for the business to sustain profitable growth through the inevitable turbulence ahead.  In particular, I needed someone who could work hand in hand with the CFO who was the other co-pilot I needed.  I needed these two key generalist co-pilots in the cockpit with me helping to facilitate my other C-level executives who were typically much more deeply specialists in Marketing/Sales, Design/Engineering, and Production/Support. Together we were always leading and managing so many change initiatives simultaneously, I needed a CFO and HR Leader who differentiated themselves as fully able to be co-pilots with me.

A Unique Peer Forum Experience for HR Leaders

REF San Diego has built a one-of-a-kind peer forum experience specifically for HR Leaders to develop that differentiation as a co-pilot.

Like only the collective intelligence power of peers can truly do!  A peer forum experience is like a hall of mirrors, illuminating opportunities for learning and growth 360 degrees in the round.

A confidential setting with no competitors (or other conflicts of interest of any kind), a peer forum is a safe place where learners come with a beginner’s mind, where the good come to become great and where the best come to get better.
