A Unique Peer Forum Experience for CEOs: Being Future-Proofed with the Agility Required!
4 Minutos
Fully Filling the Driver’s Seat as a CEO is Not Easy!
I know from experience. That is why I am delighted to be facilitating a unique peer forum experience for CEOs. It is one of a kind, with an agility foundation, for CEOs, with CEOs, by a CEO.
I am Mike Richardson and was a serial CEO of high technology businesses serving the global aerospace industry, initially from the UK (I am English originally) and then from the USA (I am American now) where we have been in Southern California for 25 years.
I ended up running the Aerospace Division of a British Public Company, in the pressure cooker of doing entrepreneurial high technology innovation (with its unpredictability) in a share-price sensitive corporate environment (wanting predictable performance).
That tested my agility as a leader and our agility as an organization and as an enterprise. I realized I was drawing upon my experiences from the start of my career when I worked as a Petroleum Engineer on offshore oil and gas drilling rigs. Helicopter out and back, week on week off, when you are on, you are on 24/7! Testing my agility mildly everyday and some days brutally! I learned agility in the real world.
I felt there was a void of those insights which needed filling in the business world, I began framing up an Agility Operating System and decided to dedicate the second half of my career to facilitating that with CEOs, Executives and their teams in the advisory world.
Which I have now been doing for over 20 years as a thought leader, author, keynote speaker, facilitator and coach of agility in the C-Suite. As a part of that, I discovered that my greatest passion is for facilitating peer forums.
Fully filling your role in the driver’s seat of your business to be future proofed with the agility required is complex, hard and lonely.
I introduce members to an Agility Operating System framework which simplifies that complexity. Not only do I use this in my own forums, I have spoken over 500 times to forums of CEOs and Executives globally framing this up.
I facilitate members finding the easiest path of least resistance and highest reward to evolve their agility. It doesn’t have to be that hard.
Most of all, a peer forum relieves the sense of loneliness, in facing up to the complexities and how hard it can be to find a way forward, easily creating a sense of imposter syndrome! Read More: It’s Lonely at the Top: 71% of US CEOs Experience Imposter Syndrome
A confidential setting with no competitors (or other conflicts of interest of any kind), a peer forum is a safe place where learners come with a beginners mind, where the good come to become great and where the best come to get better. You don’t have to be alone.
The CEO Peer Forum is only half a day per month of an in-person monthly meeting and a modest membership subscription.
There is no long-term contract. Our members vote with their wallets and their feet, staying a long time as they find it such a great ROI.
So there is very little to lose. Plus lots to gain. Access expert insights and form deep and meaningful relationships in a confidential setting of diverse members with no competitors. Bring your most strategic, critical and intractable issues, problems, challenges and opportunities to a safe place to process with the forum. Belong to a community of leaders powered by collective intelligence, locally, regionally, nationally and globally.
