About

I am a non-traditional accountant. My personal and professional development is spent on organizational dynamic learning environments, business system development, and behavioral change management. Today I find everyone is needing to learn, develop and change at a faster pace than many of us have experienced in the past. I focus my strengths on 3 areas: facilitating the growth and development of executive teams, the business owners, and as a CEO of our own family business. In all three areas, I help leverage collective intelligence and facilitate knowledge sharing to accelerate this growth.
