I’ve been an advisor to business owners in the region since 2009. One of my core beliefs is that too many organizations get stuck because they lack sufficient capacity in leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability. In other words, to scale up we need to expand this capacity beyond the owners. As an executive coach, trainer, and professional facilitator, a key tool in scaling up is participating in peer advisory groups.

Qualifying company criteria:
  • SMB: $5M-$30M in revenue.

  • Corporate: $30M-$300M in revenue.

  • Large Corporations: More than $300M in revenue.
