I have been facilitating top-level executive (CEO) peer groups since 2014, and helping their leadership teams to communicate more effectively and function more cohesively through additional training workshops. My background is in medical engineering, building & leading cross-functional teams, to solve highly complex technical issues. This background has allowed me to easily plug in with a business’s leadership team to help them implement the vision of where they are taking their company.

  • SMB: $5M-$30M in revenue.

  • Corporate: $30M-$300M in revenue.

  • Large Corporations: More than $300M in revenue.
