Meet our Team in REF Orange County
I’m a seasoned executive/advisor with over 35 years of comprehensive strategy/business development, M&A/joint venture, and management experience, dealing with abstract, innovative problem-solving, including successfully selling and promoting new concepts and projects. I’ve developed and managed a dedicated and skilled support staff, deploying an accessible, direct, “lead by example”, team-oriented leadership style. I’m considered a proven intuitive problem solver, with the ability and knowledge to analytically evaluate initial theories and concepts.
My purpose is to help my clients discover their innate potential to make lasting positive changes in their lives. Since 2007 I have dedicated my career to creating a safe place for business executives to work on their businesses. The peer groups I chair provide a safe place where members can learn from each other, share their experiences, and ultimately improve the performance of their firms over the long term.
